Urban Farm Dream

My dream of living a sustainable life starts with food. Food is the essence of our sustainability as a species, yet we produce, enhance, and package it in ways that are both harmful to the land and our ethics.

I'm a bit obsessed with food, and I want to bridge this obsession with my values.

So I have a dream of being involved with the food I love--I want to grow, cook, and (of course) eat my food. I want to do this knowing that this food is healthy, happy, and sustainable.

I want to grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, and nuts. I'll raise chickens as pets and for eggs.
